Q. How Are your Lists Generated?

A. First of all, you need to know that there are two types of mailing lists: Compiled and Response Lists. Compiled lists are derived from telephone directories, auto registrations, public records and surveys. Response lists are derived from known mail order buyers, subscribers to magazines and from responses to advertisements for specific offers. Our lists are response lists generated from our own direct marketing efforts and advertisements. We place ads for many moneymaking, business and MLM opportunities in nearly every opportunity publication available. In addition, we also purchase actual responses from a select few mail order operators.

Q. What is the difference between Opportunity Seeker Names and Buyers?

A. Opportunity Seeker names can be just about anything. Many times these are people that have responded to a “Free Information” type ad. They have not necessarily sent any money to purchase any money or business related product or service. These folks are yet to be “qualified” as buyers and are general prospects at best. These names tend to be less responsive than buyers.

            Buyers, on the other hand, are people that have actually purchased something related to a business or moneymaking opportunity. The purchase price can be any amount – the point is that they are qualified by the fact that they sent money to receive a product or information. You should always try to match your product to the amount of the average purchase. For example, if you were selling a product that costs $100 you would not try to rent a list where the average purchase was only $5.00.

Q. How are your lists maintained and cleaned?

A. Our lists are entered and maintained into our state-of-the art computer system. When we enter the names we note what they purchased, the date and where the response came from. We enter names on a daily basis and “clean” the list daily as well. Cleaning the list means that we take out any undeliverables, known prison or military addresses, dead beats and other worthless names. We also CASS certify our lists, which means we run them through the U.S. Postal Service data base of addresses to be corrected, deleted as necessary and the zip + four zip codes added.

 Q. How will my names be sorted? Are specific regions available?

A. Generally, orders are filled in random zip-code order. If you require zip code sorted lists, please let us know and we will provide them that way. Also, if you prefer a specific region (west coast, etc) we can do that as well. There is an up charge of $10 per order for zip sorted or specific regions.

Q. How do you prevent duplicate names?

A. Preventing duplicates is done by “purging” the list on a regular basis. We first look for the same names and zip codes, then the same addresses (sometimes people have responded under a different address). The result is a list that is as free of duplicate names as possible.

Q. What is a “Hot-Line” list?

A.  A Hot Line list consists of recent buyers – usually within 30 – 60 days old. Many list companies charge a premium for Hot Line names.

Q. How old are the names on your list?

A. Our lists are constantly being added to and cleaned. Some names are just hours old. Some are as old as 90 – 120 days but are still active. Don’t be swayed by those companies that claim ALL their names are less than 30 days old. Besides, some of the better names are older than 30 or 60 days. This is because many people entering mail order come in and drop out very quickly, within the first month or so. So, while these names may be “fresh”, they are not necessarily responsive. On the other hand, many names that are months old have proven to be repeat buyers of business and moneymaking opportunities. These are quality names.

Q. Do your names include phone numbers?

A. Our normal “Prime Choice” in-house leads do not contain phone numbers. However, we do have a specific list that includes phone numbers. If you have any specific questions about this list, please give us a call.

Q. Can my list order include special key codes on the labels?

A. By all means! Many customers will want to code the labels so that they know which lists are producing orders. If you want any specific key codes just let us know and we’ll have them printed on the labels.

Q. How long will it take me to receive my order? How will my order ship?

A. All orders shipped from TJT Marketing Associates are generally shipped within 24 hours, unless there is a problem beyond our control. All our orders are shipped via First Class Mail. Orders for 1,000 names or more are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS, depending on how many names were ordered. Next day Express Mail or DHL Delivery is available for an additional cost, depending on the size of the order. 

Q. What is the maximum number of new names available each month?

A. We generate approximately 8,000-15,000 new names each month from our OWN advertising. However, with our exclusive purchase arrangements we can produce up to 100,000 fresh names each month. If you or your customer has a need for more just let us know. If we cannot provide them from our own in-house databases we can usually obtain them. You can be assured they will all be high quality names with the same guarantee for nixies.

Q. If I order, will I receive the same names twice?

A. No. When you order from us we carefully track which names were sent. If you order again we will be sure to send different names.

Q. Will I receive the same names you have provided to others working the same program?

A. No, we will not knowingly send the same names to people promoting the same programs or products. This is why we ask for a sample of the program being mailed. However, if the name is on our list, they may certainly be on other lists as well. In this case, we cannot guarantee that they will not receive the program you are mailing someone else. This is why many programs become saturated in the market. There are only so many qualified names available for those types of opportunities. Also, many people do not tell us what program they are mailing.

Q. Are you associated with any mailing, MLM company or other "program?"

A.  We are a direct marketing services company specializing in mailing lists, among other products and services. We provide business and money-making opportunity leads. These people have shown an interest in purchasing legitimate business, money-making, extra income or work-at-home opportunities. While we spend thousands of dollars each month to obtain high quality leads we certainly cannot guarantee that they will respond to any particular offer. We cannot be held responsible for any results or lack of results when mailing to these names.

     You may have been referred to us by a company or individual as a place to obtain names. Many companies and individuals refer customers to us as a provider of leads because of our reputation for providing quality mailing lists. Please understand that we are in no way associated with the company or individual who may have referred you. Any questions you may have about the program, product, service or opportunity you are promoting should be directed to the company you purchased the program or product from. We cannot answer any questions about programs or products and do not endorse any product or program. We highly suggest you investigate the company you are promoting and/or the legitimacy or legality of the product or program  with The Better Business Bureau, Postal Inspector, State Attorney General or the FTC before you participate.
